Don’s Auto Body opened its doors 40 years ago and it continues to operate at its original location at 1420 North Second Street in St. Charles, Missouri. They are a third generation company that was started by Don Tritz in 1969 as a collision repair company. Currently, his son Dave Tritz operates as president of the company, while Dave’s son Adam, operates as the general manager.

Dave started working for his father full-time in 1974. Dave’s son Adam continues the family tradition and has advanced to be the company's general manager overseeing production and many other aspects of the business.

Customer service and a mutual level of trust and respect are cornerstones to the success of Don's Auto Body. Earning a customer’s trust is an important detail that they do not take for granted.

Will you use new parts from my vehicle manufacture?(GM,Toyota,Ford,etc.) The use of original equipment manufactures(OEM) parts is always the !rst choice for Don's Auto Body in repairing your vehicle. We believe that these are the best parts available in restoring your vehicle to pre-accident condition. However, these OEM parts are not always the most cost effective avenue of repair. Because of these cost variances, many insurance policies require the use of aftermarket (AM) replacement parts. Many times these parts will have variances related to !t,!nish and overall performance. We suggest that you check with your insurance agent to see what your policy covers. In addition to AM parts there are reconditioned parts, recycled parts, and certi!ed AM parts.

From Highway 70 Take the North 5th Street exit. Continue on 5th Street to Clark Street. Turn right on Clark Street continue 3 blocks to Second Street. Turn left onto Second Street, continue for approximately 12 blocks, we’re on the right.

From Highway 370 Take the 3rd Street exit. Turn right on Highway 94 to Tecumseh. Go left on Tecumseh to Second Street. Turn right on Second Street and shop will be on the left after 6 blocks.
