Each member church shall be entitled to send two messengers to Annual, Semiannual and Special Called Association Meetings. A church that contributes at least $400 to the General Fund during the Association’s previous fiscal year shall be entitled to have three (3) messengers. An additional messenger is added for each additional $400 contributions to the General Fund up to a maximum of (7) messengers from any church. Others may attend also. Bring your messengers and others from your church to share inspiration and joy as we celebrate how Dover Baptists help reveal Christ by doing missions together.

Praise: "My praise for Samaria Baptist Church is about our diversity. A diversity that attracted me, in my decision to serve, as
their pastor. By no stretch of the imagination is Samaria the perfect church, but it is totally genuine and unique.
Our diversity transcends race and culture. Its a diversity not only seen, on Sunday's, but throughout the week, and throughout the
community, where it is not the color of our skin that we have in common, but the Spirit of God's love.
For this I truly give God thanks and praise Him, every day." - Jay Hurley
