How the combination of sharing economy, digitalization and visualization can facilitate residents’ and visitors’ adoption of sustainable behavioural patterns,

for example by:

(1) using space and other resources more efficiently, hereby reducing energy use?

(2) evoking social and spatial connectedness and well-being in the city district through sharing real and virtual spaces?

(3) generally strengthening the residents’ involvement and awareness of Swedish climate and energy targets?

Mission • Establish a testbed around local energy initiatives: ElectriCITY • Develop and evaluate sharing initiatives that support social cohesion and

reduced energy consumption • Develop a digital framework with IoT components for sharing services • Knowledge exchange with testbeds in Umeå, Göteborg and Malmö
