practicalknowledgeregardingbiomechanicsofdifferenthumanbodytissuesandtheirresponseandhencetolerancetodifferentkindsofloading.Applicationofconceptsofforcesandmomentsonhumanbodyisbeingintroducedthroughthiscourse.

2 (PT325):Thiscourseintroducesbasicsabouthumanjointsmechanics,aswellasgaitanalysis.Postureanalysis,anditsfundamentalsisextensivelyexplainedthroughthiscourse.Additionally,explanationofbiomechanicsofrespiration,andassociationofposturalfaultswithconsequentinappropriatenessofrespirationmechanicsisincludedinthiscourse.

3 (PT216):Thiscourseisoneofthebasiccoursesthatintroduceselectrophysicalmodalitiesinthefieldofphysicaltherapy.Thefocusofthispart(partI)isdirectedtowardelectromagneticspectrum,includingmanyzonesandhencetherapyeffectofeachone.Diathermyaswellasmechanicalultrasoundwavesandtheirunderlingeffectsonhumanbodyarecoveredextensivelythroughthiscourse.
