Make a plan. Havinga solid plan is the basisfor any successful diet.Healthy carbs, from fruitsand whole grains, shouldaccount for 50%-55% ofyour calorie intake, with theremaining 45%-50% splitbetween proteins and fats.Fiber-rich legumes are thebest protein source, whileolive oil, grape-seed oil andnuts ("good" fats) promoteglowing skin and satiety.
Give your pantry amakeover. Go through yourshelves, read labels and
toss out everything madefrom processed flour andsugar, like crackers andcookies. If you need helpwith organizing a morediet-friendly kitchen, aska friend for support.
