Features of AC VFD Drilling Rig: • Drill floor equipment installs at ground level and rigs up integrally with the mast

• Single shaft AC VFD gear drives drawworks; Drawworks main brake is hydraulic disc brake, assistant brake is dynamic brake, meanwhile drawworks is equipped with motor auto-bit-feeding device

• Traveling block position automatic control system prevents “collide up and impact down” accidents. Position control is achieved by real-time detection of traveling block position and PLC calculation and analysis. When traveling block reaches alarming position, “soft-stop” control procedure of “alarming-slowdown-stop” is triggered automatically. Accurate real-time position indication of traveling block makes driller’s operation easy.

• Integrated design of mechanical, electrical, digital control and communication, adopting up-to-state vector control, VFD, digital control and field bus communication technology

• Performance and technical parameters comply with SY/T5609—1999 standard.

• Main parts conform to API spec and marked with API monogram.

Features of Belt Drive Drilling Rig

• Designed and manufactured in compliance with SY/T5609-1999 standard. The rig as a

whole can operate in temperatures ranging from＋50℃－35℃, satisfying HSE regulations.

• Powered by 3 sets of 2000 Series diesel engines with gear box transmission

• The drawworks drum is grooved. Main brake is hydraulic disc brake and assistant brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake. Drawworks is equipped with assistant lifting device. Main drawworks adopts pneumatic tube clutch for remote control, thus operating easily and quickly. Cathead drawworks is equipped with sand drum and bank brake, of one-piece structure.

• Drawworks adopts split type arrangement and installed above and under the drill floor. Heavy main drawworks is placed at lower position. “Bevel gear box + cardan shaft” are installed on the drill floor. Drill floor is box-on-box type structure, compact, easy to rig up. K-type mast without pulling rope is fit for assembly at ground level and rigs up as one unit

• Belt compound for transmission. Equipped with heavy-duty, triplex single-action mud pump with cardan shaft transmission

Features of Chain Drive Drilling Rigs • Key mechanical parts conform to API spec and marked with API monogram Adopts either “2000 (or 3000) series diesel engine + coupling gear box” drive

• Drawworks drum is grooved. The main brake is hydraulic disc brake and assistant brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake. Main drawworks adopts pneumatic tube clutch for remote control, thus operating easily and quickly. Cathead drawworks is equipped with sand drum and bank brake, as a one-piece structure

Features of DC Drilling Rig: • Key mechanical parts conform to API spec and marked with API monogram

• K-type derrick (mast) and swing-up substructure, the derrick, substructure and drill floor equipment is installed at low place and lifted integrally with drawworks

• Adopts to AC-SCR-DC drive mode, using DC motors to drive drawworks, rotary table and mud pump, can realize stepless speed regulating to satisfy preferable drilling technology requirements

• Hydraulic disk brake or band brake is used as main brake of drawworks, the assistant brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake with air cooling or water cooling, may be equipped with EATON pneumatic disk brake with water cooling upon customer request

• Driven by rotary table independently. Equipped with high power triplex single action mud pump and driven by narrow V band

• Powered by 4 parallel 2000 (3000) series diesel engines + hydraulic torque converter (coupling) + chain box drive

• Drawworks drum is grooved. The main brake is hydraulic disc brake and assistant brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake. Drawworks adopt pneumatic tube clutch for remote control, operating easily and quickly.

• Drawworks adopts split type arrangement and installed above and under the drill floor. Heavy main drawworks is placed at lower position. Drill floor is box-on-box type structure, compact, easy to rig up.

• Rotary table is independently driven by AC VF motors for 0-240 r/min stepless speed regulation thus eliminating rotary table and mud pump power conflicts which occur in uniform driving system of mechanical rig, thus satisfying quick drilling. AC is provided by auxiliary generator set.

The Electrical- Drive Trailer – Mounted Drilling Rig

These drilling rigs are designed and manufactured in accordance with API soec q1, 4F, 7k, 8C and RP500, GB3826.1, GB3836.2, GB7258, SY6584 stabdards as well as “3C” compulsory standard.

These the drilling rigs consist of trailer- mounted main unit, drive system, drill floor, DP slide way, control system and auxiliary system, etc.

The drawworks and rotary table are drive by DC brushless- excitation motors, and the driving control is realized by digital AC-SCR-DC system.

The hydraulic disc brake is for main brake and FDWS is for auxiliary brake.

The derrick which is front- open type and two- section structure with an inclination angle or erective sections can be raised up or lain down and telescoped.

The substructure with the height of 5.5 m has a parallelogram integral structure with two sections supported by 6 setbacks, which can be raised spirally.

The Structure is simple, but easy for installation, movement and the transmission is reliable.

Safety and insprection measures are strengthened under the guidance of the desung concept of “Humanism above all” to meet the requirements of HSE.
