The durian fruit (Durio Zibethenus Murr) is one of themost famous seasonal fruit in tropical Asia. It is aclimacteric fruit belonging to the family Bombacaceae.

In the family of durio, it consists of 27 species in whichsix produced edible fruit. Nicknamed King of Fruits,durian is highly valued in Southeast Asian countries.

Today the uses of durian is mainly in the foodindustry such as durian crepe, dodol making, but alsoin other industries for example the skin is used as anoil spill absorbing material and also as biofuel.

We have choose Concept E because the conceptof our design to pleasure durian lovers peels thedurian very easier and faster.

Durian peeling machine is designed based on theuser-friendly features by means of automaticoperation with two motor for move the cutting toolor base tray and can operate by simply pressingthe button.

Besides that it also save labor.Durian seller will have no problem to open the

durian though customer demand to buy durian inthe number of lots in the time.
