Printed in Italy Dynamically Tunable Laser DTL C13/L13 is a family of tunable laser products able to address the requirements of DWDM optical networks, from metro, ultra long haul to 100G and coherent applications. Housed in a hermetically-sealed 26-pin-butterfly package, the PGT DTL is designed to tune over the entire C-band or L-band of ITU-T 25 GHz and 50 GHz channel grids. Wavelength locker is embedded into the external cavity to provide industry best stability and accuracy, making the DTL compliant to ITU 25GHz grid requirements. The external cavity laser design and the spectral purity of the linewidth is ideal for 40G/100G and coherent applications. The laser, fully Telcordia GR-468-CORE qualified, does not require moving parts to achieve tunability. The innovative cavity design makes DTL the simplest tunable laser to integrate in modules and network cards.
