The Certification Criteria
For YB level:
Complete Mindpro Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training - hold a Lean Six Sigma Certificate of Proficiency
Complete one project covering all DMAIC phases
Complete a project story board / Report in an agreed format
Demonstrate competency in the following areas.O Use of the Lean / basic Six Sigma tools
O Able to apply the DMAIC or PDCA methodology
O Project management
Deliver substantial and sustained business benefits (typically $5-30K)

For GB level:
Complete Mindpro Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training - hold a Lean Six Sigma Certificate of Proficiency
Complete one project covering all DMAIC phases
Complete a project story board / Report in an agreed format
Demonstrate competency in the following areas.O Use of the Lean/Six Sigma tools
O Use of basic Statistical analysis
O Able to apply the DMAIC methodology
O Project management and change management
Deliver substantial and sustained business benefits (typically $30-50k)

The Certification Criteria
For BB level:
Be certified GB by VNA.
Complete all 4 PKE trainings with EFESO or the 3days internal GB to BB + the one week BB training with Process Insight using JMP.
Complete two projects covering all DMAIC phases or PKE routes (typically within 12 months of completing a training course)
Complete project story boards in an agreed format
Demonstrate competency in the following areas.O Proficient in the use of a wide range of the problem solving and Lean/Six Sigma
tools
O Use of advance Statistical analysis
O Sound application of the DMAIC methodology
O Project management and change management,
Deliver substantial and sustained business benefits (typically >$100k)

The Certification Process
On satisfactory completion of the exam candidates will present their project report (one to two hours).
The assessor will gauge their understanding of the tools and methodology assessing against the body of knowledge and assessment criteria matrix.
Either approval will be given or candidates will be given additional work to be completed.
The assessor will provide the candidate with a feedback report which will outline any areas for further improvement and continued development
VNA will issue certificates to successful candidates
