To increase women’s employability and thus
create new opportunities on the job market through demonstration of a new model of employment:

TARGET GROUP
Unemployed women with basic skills necessary for e-work (computer literacy), especially those who: have to take constant care of their disabled children are disabled
became unemployed after the maternity leave or child care break
