    LettersRanger Family

    Dear Brother and Sister after our regards to you & yours I readily embrace an opportunity of

    writing to you to inform you that we are well att present and I hope that these few lines wil find

    you so we receivd your kind letters one by Mr Benjamin Parsons & one by Davis which iformed

    us of your health which I was very glad to hear you like wise iformed us that you had a nother

    Daughter I would inform you that we have a son that was born October the 12 1800 & we call

    his name John

    I did not get a [?] house quite so quick as what you did Sally was here four weeks & I never went

    over to dadys in Almost six weeks John has had the Whooping Cough but he is got well Jonathan

    Parsons Died last fall

    David Van Scuoy had a son was that born the same day that ours was

    Dearing has no more but is a going to have one you must come & se us

    [?] you must excuse the shortness of my letter

    Give our respects to Uncle Pecks & all enquireing friends & accept of the same to your self

    PS we got the seeds you sent pumpkin bates water millions we wanted to sent you some apples

    but I do not no that we shall have any opportunity
