Satellite Symposia Booking Conditions

A minimum booking of 9 sqm exhibition space is mandatory if you wish to hold a Satellite Symposium.

Cancelling your exhibition space will result in the immediate cancellation of your Satellite Symposium.

Satellite Symposium holders are responsible for payment and arrangement of travel and accommodation for their speakers, regardless of whether these speakers are included in the EBCC-12 scientific programme.

A speaker is permitted to speak in only one Satellite Symposium during the entire Conference. It is the duty of the Satellite Symposium holder to check with speakers that they haven’t been invited as speakers for other Satellite Symposia.

If a speaker has been booked for more than one Satellite Symposium, EBCC reserves the right to reject the Satellite Symposium programme.

EDUCATIONAL SESSION14:45-15:45 Thursday 19 March

EBCC would like to organise an Educational Session on the topic of Antibody Drug Conjugates, this is

an area where there is a number of drugs in the pipeline. EBCC believes that this would be an

interesting topic for the Breast cancer specialists. We would invite a key speaker to present the

translational research in this area, giving the breast cancer specialists, the scientific background and

we would then open slots to companies to present their ADC pipeline. This session will only be open to

treating physicians and clinical researchers.

In order to acquire a slot, we would ask for unrestricted educational grant of 10 000 EUR, this will

cover the cost of the meeting facilities and educational material for the session. The speaker can be

from your company or an investigator working on trials from your pipeline.

The session has to be supported by a minimum of two sponsors, and no more than three companies.

Support will be acknowledged on signage and on the website as well as the pocket programme.
