eBeam Meeting Server Setup
Introduction
If you do not want to allow any data out of your network, you can use the eBeam Local
Server, which can be installed inside of your network.

Installation of eBeam Local Server
• You can download the installation from https://www.luidia.com/apps/
• In this server, you are recommended to install eBeam Local Server software
only.
• Our Local Server is compatible with Windows 7 or higher and Linux Ubuntu
12.04 or higher
• The eBeam Local Server should be installed inside of the accessible network
of your company
• The hardware spec depends on how you use the product, on average there is
12 G Memory and the 2GHz CPU machine can cover up to 1000 users

• PCs which are already installed Mysql, Apache web server on might conflict
with this installation
• Lower spec PC is available for installation but the performance cannot be
guaranteed.

Step 1. Download installation package and unzip it in your Windows PC.
Step 2. Install Mysql
go to the folder [Unzipped folder]\Package\1.preinstall\1.install_mysql
Run “mysql-installer-community-5.7.18.1.msi”

Step 3. Install Web Server(Apache, Php)
Go to the folder [Unzipped folder]\Package\1.preinstall\ 2.install_webserver
Step 2.1 Install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 redistributable package
Run “vc_redist.x86.exe”

Step 2.2 Run “install.cmd" as administrator
If the contents in the box (1), (2) are same as the image above, Apache Web Server is
successfully installed.

Step 4. Load Tables
cd [Unzipped folder]Package\2.db_script
run “install.cmd"
Input password which is created at Step1.10 and enter.

Step 5. Load Web Programs
Goto [Unzipped folder]Package\3.web_script
Run “install.cmd”
Web programs are copied.

Step 6. Install eBeam Server program.
Go to [Unzipped folder]\Package\4.localSvrApp
Run “setup.exe”

Step 6.2 Process Monitor
Process count is allowed from 5 to 10.
Normally 5 is recommended.
When the app is started, Processes are started automatically.
When PC is rebooted, it is launched too.
System log is written on C:\temp as eBeamServerApp.log and eBeamServerControl.log
