Kay joined KSA Recruitment Ltd in March 2016 having working within the London Market Insurance & Reinsurance sector for over 30 years. Kay’s experience during her time in the City embraced a broad variety of business classes and Insurance & Reinsurance disciplines, predominantly in the international sector.

Her wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge gives her an important edge on our competitors as she fully understands and appreciates our client’s individual requirements within this complex and diverse industry together with the caliber required of our candidates and expectations of our clients.

Over the past 30 years, Kay has met some extremely talented people which has given her the knowledge of who are the best candidates for her client’s vacancies.

KIRK STANNETT General Insurance Manager

Kirk started KSA Recruitment Ltd in 2013, and has spent over 7 years working with brokers, MGA’s and insurers to help source some of the best candidates in the market.

Previously to starting his career in recruitment, Kirk worked as a branch manager for a leading bank. This gave him the skills in leadership, coaching and recruitment, and building on this the natural next step was to utilise his skills within the recruitment sector.

Kirks dream is to build a recruitment company which is built on trust, transparency and consultants who know the market inside and out.
