Form 16 / Form 12BA are Income Tax returns submitted to the employees for each assessment year Oracle Applications uses archive based reporting through XML Publisher for generating the Report

Ø Run ‘Gather Schema Statistics’ for HR Schema to ensure optimum cost based performance.
