Writing Conventions *Be sure to proofread, spell check,
proofread again. Consider using a text to speech system to listen
for writingconvention problems. Seek peer feedback. Ask someone to
read through your work.

Proficient: There are a few errors in grammar, capitalization,

Audio Visual ElementsThe only required AV artifact for EDUC 760
is your Closed Caption project.
However, you may choose to add images, as well as audio and
video files to your e-portfolio. The following criteria will help
you judge your AV work.
Use of MultimediaConsider the meaning that multimedia conveys to
your audience.
Exemplary: All of the photographs, concept maps, spreadsheets,
graphics, audio and/or video files enhanceunderstanding of
concepts, ideas and relationships, create interest, and are
appropriate for the chosen purpose.Accessibility requirements using
alternate text for graphics are included in web-based
portfolios.
Proficient: Most of the graphic elements and multimedia
contribute to understanding concepts, ideas andrelationships,
enhance the written material and create interest.
Developing: Some of the graphic elements and multimedia do not
contribute to understanding concepts, ideas andrelationships. Some
of the graphics include alternate text in web-based portfolios.
Unsatisfactory: None of the graphic elements or multimedia
contribute to understanding concepts, ideas andrelationships. The
inappropriate use of multimedia detracts from the content. None of
the graphics include alternate textin web-based portfolios.
AV Quality Exemplary: All audio / video files are edited with
proper voice projection, appropriate language, and clear
delivery
