Effectiveness of SCENAR therapy in patients with

musculoskeletal disorders

AIM:

To show the advantages of the SCENAR therapy of other treatments methods of musculosceletal disorders

• SCENAR therapy eliminates the causes of the disease; • Disorders of the musculosceletal system are always a

cause for internal diseases. SCENAR therapy is the only treatment in which the treatment of the musculosceletal system contributes to the therapy of internals.

This is one of the first patients with discal hernia L 4, L 5.

Diagnosis: discal hernia – L4, L5.

We started the treatment with SCENAR + TMB.

First 9 procedures were held in continuous mode in the main zones. General methods were used: 3 paths, 6 points, collar zone etc.

In the 10-th procedure I worked with SCENAR 97.4 applying methods “British flag”. First the procedure went slowly, we waited for zeroes for a long time, reaction was delayed. After that the youth sweated, there was a crack in the spine and the reaction changed. Reaction began to develop fast and the treatment went quicker, too. On the next day he bended free and touched the floor. 3-years follow-up, well-doing, X-rays - normal.

Now we are going to follow the pathogenesis of the diseases of musculoscelatal system:

We define stress as the main cause – this is the defense reaction of the organism to different factors causing emotional and physical overstrain.

Stress cerebral cortex through the hypothalamus hypophysis suprarenal glands adrenalin and noradrenalin coming up arterial blood pressure, heart beating quickens, breathing quickens blood redistribution vasospasm and the organism is trying to supply blood to vital organs brain, that is why most of the blood goes to the head: muscles of neck and face constrict first.

Stress reactions

• In 90 % of cases disorders of the spine are located in the neck.

• And now a practical advise: we chose the basic methods – collar zone, forehead, н/п (socks and gloves). And only after that the healing process will start.

Muscles need responsive reaction

• With patients with osteochondrosis spasm of the deep spinal muscles leads to compression of cerebrospinal nerves and associated vessels; compression of vessels and nerves results in pathological processes in internals i.e. pathological processes taking place in the spinal column lead to diseases of internals;

• Spasm of muscles leads to deformation of the spine and weight lifting leads to discal hernia.

Under stress there is also a reaction of hormones

of the sexual glands, thyroid and pancreas

(pancreatic hormone).

Osteoclasts destruct the bone, osteoblasts form it,

osteocytes maintain the metabolic functions of the

“stable bone”. Modern examination methods allow

to follow all these metabolic processes at different

stages.

Bone influence of the parathormone leads to

changes in the calcium level. It is assumed

that without parathormone the physico-

chemical balance in the blood and bones is

at the calcium level about 7 mg %.

A number of hormone substances affect the

growth zones of the bones activating them

(thyroid hormones, somatotropic hormone,

insulin) what appears in activation of bone

growth and the decrease of their production

(in thyroid insufficiency, diabetes) with

children and teenagers could result in growth

retardation and processes of bone formation.

Considering the laws of mineral metabolism we should mention the way of discharge of salts from the organism.Parathormone plays important role in this physiological function with its influence on kidneys, intestinal tract and processes in the fatty tissue.

Parathormone activates the discharge of phosphates with the urine and restrains the discharge of calcium with the urine. But if the level of the calcium in the blood is increased the filtration of the calcium by kidneys is also increased.

Osteohondrosis loss of salts in bones result in increased concentrations of slats, calcium and phosphorus in the excretory systems what could provoke salt diathesis and stone formation in the urinary track and gall. Obviously this causes additional clinical disorders occurring with osteochondrosis.

The intestinal tract, especially the large

bowel, plays active role in the dynamics of

the calcium metabolism.

• Stress, emotional tension. Due to neuropeptides all patients normalize their psycho-emotional status.

Influence on the cause of the disease predetermine the

high effectivenessof SCENAR therapy

• SCENAR works directly with muscular hyper- or hypo-tonus leading to its normalization. We use high frequencies with hyper-tonus 120-180 Hz + modulation. Low frequencies 40-59 Hz + modulation are used with hypo-tonus.

• One of the unique influences of SCENAR therapy is on the movement of the spine. In the first procedure all patients were treated in individual dozed regime, methods HIGHER or methods 1. It is interesting that 100 % of cases the spine partially or completely straightens. This is well seen by the angles of the shoulder blades. And also hernia – no other treatment could obtain such good effect. On the next day a certain return could be seen but in a less degree. During the course of treatment the spine considerably aligns.

Let us return to the first case: youth with discal hernia.

Causes:•Weakness of deep spinal muscles, lack of training;•Physical and emotional overpressure; sedentary life.

His organism was prepared for appearance of a discal hernia and the barbell was only the push. All treatment methods were directed to relief of the pain syndrome and anti-inflammatory therapies.

But none of them could remove the muscle tension and extend the spine and only after this repair is possible. Reports of neurosurgeons show that one year after successful surgical intervention the discal hernia appears again in 70 % of cases.

Particularities of SCENAR-therapy in patients with

musculo-skeletal disorders

І. Particularities of pain-killing:Patients usually present in a stage of

exacerbation, after medication or some

other kind of treatment.

First of all, the character and the severity of

pain should be clarified.

Techniques of pain-killing:

1. Work in high frequencies in the pain location setting the amplitude at higher level

• Frequency F = 121-180 –300 Hz

• Dmpf = SK 3, SK 4 could be used


2. Work in intensity depending on the pain:

• acute pain– intensity 8; Z (pulse delay) -60 - 80

• Chronic pain – intensity 2-8; Z –10-20

If the pain is everywhere or at the moment there is no pain, the pain occurs in the evening, or the pain could not be located then IDR and technique N 1 in higher are applied.

During the course of treatment the spine considerably straightens.

•With scoliosis stage 1-2 - one course of treatment is sufficient for complete alignment of the spine

•With scoliosis stage 3-4 – two or three courses are necessary. I do not know any other treatment in which the spine could align “by itself”. With the manual therapy the straitening of the spine is done by force which has negative consequences.

After relief of the pain in subjective regime

the Individually dozed regime is always used

with basic techniques on the spine. If only

subjective regime is used such stable effect

could not achieved – in two hours the pain

reoccurs .

ІІІ. Work on the collar zone:

• Usually patients come with complaints in the lumbar zone (osteochondrosis, discal hernia), main cause for complaints is the overload on the spine. In this cases the zone of choice should be the collar zone (pain, stress, adrenaline, lactic acid, muscle spasm).

• As a rule muscles of the collar constrict first. Relaxing the collar muscles the spine could be straightened and then the SCENAR is used for the fast relief of the inflammatory process:1.Muscle hyper-tension is relieved2.Restoration of spinal movement is

IV. Normalization of the psycho-emotional status:

During the course of treatment all patients lift up spirit as the condition is just natural for the person.

V. Spinal disorders and status of internals:

That is why patients coming because of the osteochondrosis eliminate also the high blood pressure, headache, pains in the intestinal tract, constipation, menstruation cycle normalizes, resolution of cysts and adenomas and vice versa patients who addressed with disorders of different organs state that they had pain in the spine.

SCENAR therapy works with the whole organism.

Using data of our work a correspondence of SCENAR positioning and disorders of internals could be determined.

Conclusion

Considering the combined pathologic reactions in the organism of patients with musculosceletal disorders and stating 100 % recovery of our patients the following conclusions could be made:

1. SCENAR therapy influences the causes for musculosceletal disorders and having no disturbing factors does not cause aftertroubles.

2. SCENAR therapy is the only method which together with the musculosceletal disorders treats the pathology of internals.

3. 100% healing effect, no harmful influence on the organism allow us consider SCENAR therapy the best methods for treatment of musculosceletal disorders.
