The Holiday Season is the perfect time to reflect on the successes we enjoyed this past year and to look forward to 2012….our 15th year anniversary! 2011 was an exciting year for Ehret Construction Company, and all of our hard work was recognized by our peers in the industry when we were honored by the Eastern PA Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) as the General Contractor of the year. This is an award that everyone at ECC and our Subcontractor and Trade Partners can be proud of earning. In April, Ehret Construction Company and Rigid Engineered Building Systems teamed up to bring a cost-effective and high-quality building solutions to our customers. ECC will represent Rigid in the four state area - NJ, PA, DE and MD - to provide pre-engineered facilities. We are delighted to have Jimmy Moon leading the effort to get the word out to our customers about this exciting new building solution. We also launched a fresh and updated website in the beginning of the year where we profile our services and projects, and also where we communicate with our Subcontractors. This year we have also made it easier for our customers, design partners and Subcontractors to keep in touch with Ehret CC. As we close out this year, we can look back on the successful completion of a number of projects, including: the Merion Golf Club New Learning Center, Holiday Inn Express Renovations and the New Gen4 Courtyard. Additionally, this year we welcomed some new customers such as Brandywine Realty Trust, Family Hospitality and Comcast. We look forward to our 15th year in business with the groundbreaking for a new 92-room, 4-story Home2Suites in Rahway, NJ, and a New Gen4 Springhill Suites in Voorhees, NJ.

Spring Hill Suites - King of Prussia, PA

A new 76,693 SF 5-story, 131-room hotel project with an outdoor pool & fire pit, meeting room & a breakfast buffet. This Owner is a REPEAT CLIENT of Ehret Construction Company as we successfully built their last hotel. The building exterior is EIFS, and the structure is structural steel & load bearing CMU walls with precast concrete floors. The project is on track for completion!

Merion Golf Club - Ardmore, PA

The NEW 2,500 SF Teaching Facility at the improved Driving Range and a NEW 725 SF Garage along with the renovation of the historic Merion Golf Club Grille Room received ABC Awards

of Excellence!

Ehret Construction Company celebrated the Grand Opening of the New Generation 4 Courtyard in Burlington County, NJ. This new construction project consists of a 69KSF 4-story, 119-room hotel project with an indoor pool and spa, meeting rooms & a breakfast room / buffet.

The building exterior is EIFS. The structure is mainly wood framed with wood trusses and some structural steel.

This new Generation of Hotel offers an updated lobby with media pods, a Bistro Bar and Home Theatre area for relaxing indoors and a fire pit for outdoor relaxing and meeting. The project was completed on time and within budget. Congratulations to the Project team for another successful project.

Holiday Inn, Phase 1 & II - Vineland, NJ

ECC was hired to complete phased renovations to a fully operational Holiday Inn in Vineland, NJ. Phase I, completed in 2 months, included renovation of 100 guestrooms and the corridors. Phase II, now under construction, includes the renovation of the hotel common areas. This is the 5th hotel project ECC has completed in Vineland for our repeat customer!
