SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Vingtor-Stentofon AlphaCom XE system for the renewed cable car to the biggest Ice cave in the world. The cave is about 42 km long and is located in Werfen close to Salzburg.

One Alphacom XE Audioserver is installed to control the whole emergency and internal communication including the public announcements in one system. Flush mount stations for the control room technical employees and special purpose station for drive unit room.For public announcements IP-Hornspeakers in both stations are installed.The connection in the cabin was made over a special industrial Wireless-LAN with high redundancy.Automatic announcements are stored in the AlphaCom server and triggered automatically from the cable car control system.
