IntroductionAspire Academy, the L&D brand of Aspire Europe offers the design and development service for bespoke eLearning courses and a Learning Managing System (LMS), for the hosting of the eLearning content/material. The LMS has the ability to manage, track and report on the eLearning content and is fully SCORM 1.2 compliant.
Our service provides the design and development of an eLearning course. We can create interactive and online courses for any subject profession or industry from the basic materials that the customer would want the course to be based on. This can be from a Microsoft PowerPoint® or Word® document or Adobe® pdf format. We would work with you to define the structure of the course, its purpose and target audience. These source materials will then be imported into our eLearning authoring package and the course developed from there. We have an embedded Quality Management System which allows the customer to quality review the course, check the content meets their needs and make any requests for change.

FeaturesKey features of our eLearning authoring package include:
• Interactive screens, via the use of layers, buttons and pop ups for additional information.• The ability to import Audio/Video to utilize in the course• Assessments – via Questions and Results slides• Existing design templates can be imported from Microsoft PowerPoint®• Search facility, to enable quick access to the topic required• Publishing settings – can be published to LMS (an organisations LMS (If one exists)), Web or CD
On completion the course will be hosted on our LMS (Moodle). Hosted courses on our LMS are accessible from various client devices through a thin client interface such as a web browser. Aspire Academy manages the underlying server, operating systems, storage and even individual application capabilities. Access to the LMS is controlled by username and password details which are provided by Aspire Academy to all users the customer wants to have access to the course.
Alternatively the completed eLearning course output can be delivered to the customer stand alone, for them to do with as they please. Please see purchase options below:
