MICROS is proud to present the new version of eLearning for OPERA PMS. We have made eLearning available through a web based Learning Management System (LMS) that is available to all users, as long as you have an internet connection. LMS The LMS is a secure online tutorial based training solution that makes it easy to track individual usage and progress.

eLearning OPERA eLearning is available for 21 courses (6 hours), which can be used to customize each individual users learning path. Course examples:

• Profiles • Reservations • Cashiering • Accounts Receivable • Night Audit

• Rooms Management • Business Blocks

Each course includes lessons, periodic knowledge checks and practices. With the use of the new Learning Management System, online quizzes allow management to track their users’ progress and learning pace.

Lessons Each course contains multiple lessons on various subjects ranging from 1-3 minutes per lesson. Lessons will guide the user through narrated steps while visually allowing the user to follow along.

Practices Within each course, practice activities offer the chance for the user to test their knowledge with the information that they just learned. Throughout each practice, hints will guide the user should they need assistance.

Quizzes & Knowledge Checks After completing each lesson, a series of questions are designed to highlight key functionality to make sure that the user has retained the information. After each course, quizzes are scored within the LMS to allow management to track employee progress.
