Gifas solid rubber distribution boards are manufactured from butyl rubber. This material guarantees high mechanical loading capac-ity and thus provides the ideal prerequisite for many different applications in trade, industry, power stations, shipyards, sewage plants and waterworks. It‘s not just the material used, our task-related product technologies also offer considerable advantages, i.e. we can manufacture virtually any plug socket unit and fuse.

The mobile GIFAS solid rubber distribution boards are manufactured from butyl rubber at our site in Neuss, Germany. This material guarantees high mechanical load capacity. Both the casing and the fitted solid rubber sockets meet your requirements for high quality. Our task-dependent production ensures the maximum degree of flexibility, i.e. even custom and special distribution boards with your component fitting requirements can be supplied with a short turnaround time.

Features of the mobile, solid rubber safety distribution boards:

• Indestructible solid rubber casing resistant to aging, acids and alkalis

• High mechanical strength• Extreme resistance to temperature up to -40° C - regardless

of the weather• Self-extinguishing and barely flammable conforming to VDE

0471, Part 2-2, DIN EN 60695-2-2 (glow wire test/needle flame test)

StabiLED rechargeable tubular hand-light


StabiLED ACCU tubular light Innovative light technology with increased safety is the basis of this tubular light. Enormous light output at low power consumption is the most attractive feature. Thanks to its excellent features (impact-proof and break-proof, resistant to oil and acids, self-extinguishing) the lamps have many different uses. The lamp is fitted with 5 high power LEDs and guarantees a bright, even, dazzle-free, white working light. Impact and vibration-proof, the LEDs have an extremely long service life of > 70,000h. This version can be used anywhere without a mains supply and has a light duration of > 2 hours. The spot/area light change-over is carried out via the ON switch. Grip and cap consist of insulating material with impact-damping safety edges. The transparent tube is made from break-proof polycarbonate. The lamp also offers a dazzle-free working light.

With 5 powerful LEDs the FlashLED is the ideal inspection lamp for everyday situations within all types of industry. The FlashLED combines modern LED technology with a proven robust housing encorporating easy to use function controls. The impact resistant housing guarantees, even under extreme situations, a durable inspection hand lamp. Having an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 it is still possible to safely use this inspection lamp in the harshest of conditions.Recharging the FlashLED could not be easier. The used simply slides the inspection lamp into the wall mounted charging unit, and whilst in the postion the user can benefit from the emergency light function. In the event of a mains failure the FlashLED will automatically switch itself on so that it can be easily located for use, or if power is resored whilst it is in the wall mount then it simply to continues to recharge. ApolloLIGHT round lighting for the illumination of large working area

The ApolloLIGHT, used in conjunction with the professional elevator tripod stand, offers a high level of illumination in all directions. The light is designed to be used both internally an externally.

The applications for this type of working light are as follows:

PrimaLIGHT flood lights 38 W

The PrimaLIGHT is a technologically advanced, professional lamp with large light output (2850 Lumen) at low heat formation, low power consumption from a 2D compact fluorescent lamp 38 W. It guarantees optimum area illumination with a dazzle-free, evenly distributed light. It also offers different fitting options for any use: suspended, or lying lengthwise or on its end.

Product featuresThe yellow casing consists of impact-proof polycarbonate with black rubber edges as protection against knocks and impact. The carry grip is also used as a support which puts the lamp into the required position by locking into place. HPM safety tubular lights

HPM safety tubular light The safety tubular light HPM was developed for mounting onto or installation into machines. It is also suitable for lighting switchgear systems and control panels. Other uses include wet rooms, tunnels, alcoves, drainage systems, water reservoirs, etc. The safety tube light provides dazzle-free light. Thanks to its high protection rating, it also functions without faults and requiring no maintenance under extreme conditions. Versions are available with the lamp body made from Polymethacrylat and borosilicate glass. The ballasts (EB or LB) are integrated or can be fitted externally.

- In the case of system faults in a permanent installation, all possible faults are detected and the PRCD-S cannot be switched on.

Description

The cable ramp MINI is the cost effective alternative to the Standard and MIDI versions. A raised pattern rows shaped in the base allow a vatiety of cables to be laid underneath the cable crossover and thus bear the weight of verhicles travel-ling over it. It can be driven over safely with HGVs.

Product features

The cable crossover is manufactured from black polyurethane with a ribbed ant - slip surface. The PU ( thermoplatic poyure-thane ) is extremely friction proof and flexible. Thanks to this new material formula, improved traction is guaranteed. The moulded connectors permit rapid connection, and the connec-tors cannot be lost.

Overview of Floor Pit systems

• The GIFAS underfloor distribution systems work mainte-nance-free operationally in a safe closed condition.

• The GIFAS underfloor systems PIAZZA and CAMPETTO offer a distribution system within the range of mechanics for maintenance-free power, water, compressed air and data connections from the soil.

• Underfloor distribution systems have to function due to the structural conditions under difficult environmental condition (variations in temperature, humidity, dirt, etc.). Therefore, the maintenance costs of other systems meant in the past a substantial subsequent cost.

• The GIFAS systems PIAZZA and CAMPETTO do com-pletely without maintenance and trouble-prone spindle systems and offer a strengthless fully automatic opening procedure by gas pressure absorber.

• GIFAS underfloor pits are sunk in the soil during operation and locked with a closing system.
