Our new website (BEDSLIDE.com) has been designed as a groundbreaking “Click to Brick” site and will literally drive customers to your stores or capture an online sale and send the customer directly to your store for installation.

o ALL sales will be directed to the Elite Dealers via two channels: o Dealer Locator: Elite Dealers will be listed on our traditional dealer locator.

o E-commerce Sales: We’ve taken control of web sales so that ecommerce will not

cannibalize sales for brick and mortar dealers. In fact, by creating a shopping cart on our site, we are actually capturing new sales for you that may not have materialized otherwise due to the immediate purchase opportunity. If you are the participating dealer in or nearest to the customer’s zip code, you will be forwarded the sale for installation and monies directed to you per our agreement (see details).

o All Elite Dealers will get our exclusive in store displays. In addition to free cutting-edge marketing

materials, Elite Dealers will be sent our new BEDSLIDE retail display (delivery starting Jan 2012) at no additional cost! This is a $1500 value and will be updated and enhanced at no charge each year you participate in the program.

o Co-op advertising: Included in this package is a sample of the complete advertising plan that consist of BEDSLIDE (:30) TV, (:60) Radio spot (coming soon), (4) Print Ads – ALL customized to include your dealer tag as well as a Posters, BEDSLIDE Banner, Retail POP Kit & more!

 BEDSLIDE Elite Dealer Marketing Materials

As part of our commitment to you and your business, all BEDSLIDE Elite Dealers will receive FREE Marketing Support Materials once they’ve ordered their BEDSLIDE 1000 Pro SE. There is a snapshot of all of the included elements in this packet as well as a detailed list on the following page. The Point of Purchase kit will be shipped to you once we receive your BEDSLIDE order. Please allow 7-10 days for it to arrive. The TV and Magazine/Newspaper Print Ads will also be shipped in your kit via a DVD data disc that will contain lo-res and hi-res graphics and video files for you or your media rep to customize for your store. All of the TV and Print ads have been created so that you may tag them with your specific dealer location(s). Please note, in order for you to claim co-op reimbursements we require that you follow our Co-op and BEDSLIDE brand guidelines when tagging the marketing materials. The guideline information is included below. There is a TV spot that is designed to educate consumers about BEDSLIDE and drive them into your retail store(s). We are also including radio spots that can be used for promotional time periods to not only tag with your dealer information but to insert BEDSLIDE specific promotion/sale information that you may have running during the year. The marketing support materials will soon be available at BEDSLIDE.com. We will let you know when you can access them as well as provide you with other program updates along the way. If you should need to order additional POP pieces, please note that there will be a nominal fee assessed with ordering additional/replacement.
