EMBLEM EASY Textile Tape 2 is a very strong bonding, double-sided adhesive tape with a high tack. The adhesive is based on pure polyacrylic. It indicates a high humidity and climatic stability when in use.

Different printers, inks, resolutions and printing qualities result into numerous different printing parameters. In addition, there a numerous factors influencing processing and the application of our materials. For this reason, we cannot make specific statements as to drying times and maxi-mum ink absorption. For this reason, we recommend you to perform own tests in order to verify the desired results. Our product specifications are not to be understood as legally binding guarantees assuring specific characteristics. EMBLEM EASY Textile Tape 2

Description:EMBLEM EASY Textile Tape 2 is a very strong bonding, double-sided adhesive tape with a high tack. The adhesive is based on pure polyacrylic. It indicates a high humidity and climatic stability when in use. The PES/PVA-scrim enables an excellent adaptability to a wide variety of rough or roughpo-rous surfaces such as textiles, canvas, non woven and tyvek. There is a good adhesion to nonpolar surfaces such as PE and PP film. EMBLEM EASY Textile Tape 2 is supplied with a liner wider than the adhesion for an easier application and to prevent lateral leakage of adhesion It is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. If humidity penetrates through textiles the adhesive force is reduced. During the drying process the adhesion reconstructs itself. Our tests showed that EMBLEM EASY Textile Tape 2 is suitable for bonding most EMBLEM textiles. It can be used for bonding of panels or hemlines. Self-tests are required when using the EMBLEM EASY Textile Tape 2 for special applications or demands. Due to the multiplicity of possible influences on the bonded products no infor-mation of a minimum durability or a maximum stress can be provided.
