*In our research, it stated that “ it is not uncommon for emotional abuse to develop into physical abuse over time.” When we asked our surveyers, many disagreed.

*In the article, “What Is an Abusive Relationship?” it stated that “Abusers can also be parents, stepparents, other caregivers or family members, or school bullies.”

*From our survey results, it shows that many people have emotionally abused others.

Related to Twisted… In the book Twisted, Tyler is

emotionally abused by his classmates, Chip in particular, his teachers, and worst of all, his father. Many of the characteristics of an emotionally abused person, match Tyler’s personality. For example, he keep’s to himself a lot. This is one of the characteristics we found in our research.
