with the law of Malaysia and the pares submied to the exclusive

jurisdicon of the Kuala Lumpur Courts in Malaysia. However, Just-

Line Enterprise only are entle to waive this right and submit to the

jurisdicon of the courts in which clients oce is located

the agreement was produced and signed to conrm with full inten-

ons.
