On the mySuccess Home Page, click in the My Info tile. 2. Click Profile in the list to open your detailed profile, or click Public Profile to open your summary profile (step not shown here). Basic Navigation 1. Detailed Profile data is fed from SAP nightly. Data marked with an asterisk should be updated in myHRIS. Other questions on the information shown should be forwarded to your HR Business Partner. 2. Click your name to open a drop-down list. From this menu, click an employee’s name to view that individual’s profile, or type a name in the search field to search for an employee’s profile. 3. Click the drop-down list to jump to other areas of mySuccess. 4. Click the sticky note to launch the profile completion wizard. 5. Click Take Action to print your profile or create a PDF. To Add or Change Your Employee Profile Photo Add a photo to your Employee Profile. Photos should be professional in nature and have a clear image of your face. To add a photo: 1. On your Employee Profile, choose Public Profile to open the public profile. 2. Click Edit Profile. 3. Click Upload a profile photo. 4. Navigate to your photo file and double-click it (not shown). 5. Make adjustments to the photo as needed (zoom, pan left or right). 6. Click Save. Add or Update Profile Information Click the Edit link in the upper-right hand corner of the tile you wish to update. Employee Profile: Getting Started

Access Your Employee Profile

1. On the mySuccess Home Page, click in the My Info tile.

2. Click Profile in the list to open yourdetailed profile, or click Public Profile to open your summary profile(step not shown here).

Basic Navigation

Employee Profile: Key Fields

Key Fields

Click the Edit link on each tile in the Profile to add or update information. Add as much information about yourself as you are willing to share with the organization. Below are descriptions of some key fields (additional portlets not listed).

1. Previous Employment: Click Edit to add your past employment history both inside and outside of Harland Clarke Holdings.

2. Education History: Add degrees you have earned.

3. Certifications/Licenses: Keep track of your certifications and licenses.

4. Special Assignments/Projects: Add any special assignments or projects thatare relevant to your position or experience.

5. Courses/Workshops/Seminars: Record any courses you’ve taken that relate to your position at Harland Clarke Holdings.

6. Professional Memberships/Committees: If you are involved in any professional organizations include them here.

7. Languages Skills: Add the languages you speak/read/write and the proficiency level for each.

Badges

Badges are a great way to recognize employees for a job well done. Did they help you meet a deadline? Are they true team players? Did they just come up with a great idea? If so, give them a badge!

Badges display on the Employee Profile. Recent badges display on each employee’s My Info tile on the Home Page. Badge recipients and managers are notified with an email message.

To badge an employee:

1. Open the employee’s Public Profile (not shown). See step 2 in “Basic Navigation” on page 1 for details on opening an employee’s profile.

2. In the Badges tile, click Give a badge.

3. Click the badge type.

4. Add comments into the text box.

5. Click Give a badge.
