Take your Empowerment Temperature frequently Hot is including people, offering encouragement, reinforcing the positive, communicating.

Cold is “freezing others out”, focusing on the negative, not trusting, not communicating.

We can’t control all of the things that can cause us stress

But . . . We can control our RESPONSE to them if we “Reflect” before we “React”

Communication--Open communication is critical to any Empowerment agenda and that communication must be both ways.

Everyone needs to feel comfortable that their communication won't be ridiculed and quickly dismissed and management must make sure their communication is inclusive and positive to breed a "Communication Comfort Zone".
