Now that my child is identified as gifted, will he/she have a different teacher?

Each school has a gifted specialist who teaches students in grades 3-5/6. They are in addition to the classroom teacher. If your child has been accepted into the CGP their CGP teacher will be their classroom teacher. To learn more about the gifted specialist at your school site visit the school website or contact the specialist on the school campus.
