Overview: Our client, a major producer of palm oil and related products, operates in a remote location beyond the coverage of the national electricity grid and thus produces all its electrical power. Over a period of 30 months troubleshooting and repairs were carried out on the 6 generators of various makes with ratings of 300KVA to 1650KVA.

Overview: NAFCON is the biggest fertilizer plant in Nigeria producing urea and other products. Its total pumping capacity exceeds 5,000KW. SAK DECALOG carried out troubleshooting and repair of various single stage centrifugal pumps and single and multi-stage axial flow pumps, including submersible electric pumps.

Design and Fabrication of Steel TanksClient: National Fertilizer Company of NigeriaLocation: Onne, Rivers StateScope: Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication

Overview: Tanks for storing fuels, processed water and acid were designed and fabricated on a turnkey basis as part of a construction subcontract during the building of NAFCON. Thematerials used for the tanks included mild steel, carbon steel and stainless steel. Tank design was carried out to BSI standards.

Overview: Forcados Effluent disposal contract involved concept and detailed design for a solution to be adopted in event of a simultaneous failure of two crude oil tanks in SPDCs tank farm in Forcados. The concept designs provided various solutions which were pared down to two during consultation with the client, followed by detailed engineering on the adopted solutions.

Environmental Impact assessment studies Client: Texaco Overseas Nigeria Location: Continental Shelf , Nigeria Scope: Environmental consulting

Overview: There exists increased pressure from various groups urging the oil producing companies to show greater care for the environment in their operations. Our contract involved quantifying the impact to the environment of 3 producing offshore fields Madu, Chioma 1, and Chioma 2 and defining baseline environmental data for these developments from which further studies would be compared to for impact monitoring.

Overview: Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone operator INTELS gave out a contract for the sweeping of the channel leading to the port of the Onne Federal Ocean Terminal. Acting as subcontractors to the main contractor we carried out channel sweeping maintenance dredging for the 1.2Km channel. We also provided sand stockpiling and supply services to INTELS' construction subsidiary PRODECO.

Refineries and Petrochemicals Procurement and Installation of Process Equipment Client: Port Harcourt Refining Company Location: Alesa, Eleme, Rivers State Scope: Procurement, Installation and Commissioning

Overview: Under multiple contracts and service orders we have been responsible for change-out of various process equipments in the refinery on a procurement, install and commission basis. Equipments in this category include various types and sizes of valves, electrical transformers, controllers and control modules, pressure sensing modules and back up power system.

Calibration of Petroleum Product Depot Client: Sigmund Petroleum Location: Port Harcourt , Rivers State Scope: Flow-meter calibration services

Overview: Our brief in this contract was to carry out calibration and certification of all flow-meters in the client's 30million litre capacity petroleum product storage and offloading depot.

Procurement and Installation of Loading Bays Client: Petroleum Products Marketing Coy Location: Port Harcourt , Rivers State Scope: Procurement, fabrication, erection and commission

Overview: The change-out of an existing loading bay at PPMC product depot in Eleme near Port Harcourt involved dismantling the legacy equipment that was at the site, procurement and supply of a new loading bay, modification fabrication work to enable the site accommodate the new loading bay, erection and installation of the loading bay, and finally its commissioning
