Career Summary:An enthusiastic and career oriented engineer with almost 7 years of experience in telecom industry where I got the opportunity to work with leading operators and have been involved in vendor management with some of the well-known vendors(High-Tec,Bahum, Extream-Engg, Power-Met,etc) in Pakistan. Jobs Responsibilities: Vendor management and SLAs compliance, Opex saving initiatives, Audit and Supervision, Security and Refueling, Cost control and Budgeting, Responsible to ensuring availability of network in my area of KPK Region as per defined KPIs all

by taking complete End-to-End ownership, strong Follow-up with Teams. To manage all operational support tasks, including Genset and A/C O&M, general site keep for all

BTS and MSCs in the region as per defined KPIs. Managing Genset Overhauling compile and Analyze due Overhauling requirement from Remote

Supervisors/O&M Vendors escalated the job to OH Vendor and compile the Periodic Inspection report of Newly OH Engine and escalated to OH Vendor for Rectification.

Ensure to verify and timely submission of Security, O&M Vendors and other activities Invoices. Ensure proactive measures to control the OPEX and meaningful contribution in different cost

and Opex Saving . Power Equipment & Spares Audit in Vendors/Subcon ware houses. Vendor Invoices (Monthly and Jobs based). Implementation of Alternate solution finalized by O&M team to cater network needs. Strong Coordination with Fuel Team take Initiatives to control Fuel Margin in the each cluster and

meet Cluster target. Check and Analysis of Vendor and Subcontractor Performance and made Penalties accordingly if

Worked as Team Lead Operation Site Engineer at EPTSC Pvt. Ltd Jan 2010-June 2012 (Mobilink Project)

Major Responsibilities:

To monitor the Network performance by RSL/ NUR/ MTTR Reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis accordingly to show the overall agreed network KPIs are achieved and ensuring justified cases against any case breaching MTTR.

overhauling Responsible to arrange backup power in case of long shutdowns in order to meet the agreed

network availability Strong Follow up of sites facing External Alarms in order to pull site out of danger of outage Responsible for overall activities in the region including new installations, system upgrades

and equipment swap Manage complete cycle of Commercial Power (CP) billing from bill collection to payment,

includes liaison with other departments (Finance, Operations & Maintenance) for timely payments to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Responsibilities as BSS Engineer:

Troubleshooting and rectifying the radio and power faults at sites. Monitoring and Performance reporting of Microwave network Identification and rectification of problematic Alcatel and NEC MW links Alarms identifications through and removal of these alarms in field Rectification of Critical, major and minor alarms.

Follow up with vendors for all planned and unplanned activities. Power Section, Battery bank and cabling, GSM antenna and Microwave installation. Complete Installation and Operation of the Software (B9 (single, Twin), B10, Alcatel 1320CT,

and PNMT,jPNMT). O&M of Alcatel BTS/BSC (Call Out duties/Planned Activities) Offline and Online Commissioning of ALU BTS NEC Microwave Links (4~48E1 links) installations and maintenance
