Our camp is a great opportunity for children entering kindergarten through 6 th grade to stay sharp, learn, and have fun during the summer time. Students learn from a variety of exercises during our academic activities, which include arithmetic, math word problems, logic exercises, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, creative writing, reading, games, and much more. In addition to our educational material, we are proud to offer fun and exciting activities for our students as part of our Enrichment Summer Camp. They offer students a chance to explore a variety of interests and help keep summer exciting. Our camp is a great opportunity for children entering kindergarten through 6th grade to stay sharp, learn, and have fun during the summer time. About Our Enrichment Summer Camp Activities

Animal Knowledge Best in Class students will journey into the world of animals during this activity. Students will learn about the incredible creatures of this planet, and spend some time researching an animal of their choice.

Drama and Theatre Drama and Theatre are not only fun for kids, but also teach students valuable life skills. Students will gain self-confidence, public speaking skills, improvisation skills, and many more.

Team and Character Building Activities Learning to work together as a team is one of the most valuable skills for students to learn. Teamwork is vital for success throughout education and future goals. At Best in Class, we make learning these skills fun by incorporating interactive games and activities.

World Knowledge The world is becoming a smaller place and our advanced technology is bringing people together like never before. At Best in Class, we value the importance of learning about other regions of the world, their histories, their customs, and their cultures. Students will journey through time and foreign lands to learn fun and important facts about other parts of our world.

Structures and Architecture Buildings and structures have been vital to societies all over the world, spanning and evolving across thousands of years. At Best in Class, we will study and experiment with a variety of building materials to create basic and complex structures while learning the architecture behind them.

I/We understand that all the course materials are the exclusive property of Best in Class Education Center and agree that I/we will not disclose any information, written or verbal, obtained from this program to any third parties. I/We further understand that these materials may not be reproduced in any form. LATE NOTICE/PICK-UP CHARGES I/We understand the standard pick-up time is between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Extended hours (if enrolled) are between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If my/our child(ren) is/are picked up after the time his/her program is scheduled to end, the late pick-up fee will be applied. The late pick-up fee is $1 per minute ($10 minimum). If my/our child(ren) need(s) extended care on a particular day, I/we will provide advanced notice by 9:30am the morning of the intended late pick up to see if accommodations can be made. If approved, the hourly late pick-up fee is $10 per hour on the day of until 6:00 pm. If student is picked up after 6:00 pm or without notice and approval, the standard late pick-up fee will apply. The payment must be submitted before the end of the camp week. I/We understand and accept that there is no credit for absences. No make-up classes are given for absences. I/We understand the early-bird pricing is only applied towards the weeks of camp registered on/before May 31st, 2017. Any additional weeks added after May 31st, 2017 are subject to standard pricing. AUTHORIZATION: I/We grant permission for my child to participate in all the activities, park trips, and to be transported as authorized by Best in Class Education. I/We authorize Best in Class Education to use my/our child’s image/likeness and completed class/art work for promotional purposes. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: To my/our knowledge my/our son/daughter is physically healthy and able to participate in the class for which he/she is registered. I/we, the parents/guardians of ________________________________________assume any and all risks and hazards of the conduct of the program and release from responsibility and liability any person(s) transporting him/her to and from activities. In case of injury, I/we do hereby waive all claims against the organization, or any supervisor or employee connected with the program. I/we further release Best in Class Education Center and any/all staff personnel of the center from responsibility or liability as regards to injuries suffered by the above mentioned person in connection with his/her participation in said program. REFUND POLICIES: Deposit (minus a $50 service charge) is refundable if canceled at least 14 days prior to the first day of registered camp. Summer camp tuition is non-transferrable. No refunds or cancelations of tuition, extended hour or other fees if notification is made less than 14 days before the first day of registered camp. No refunds of any tuition or fees once your child(ren)’s camp has begun. In the event that I/we cannot be contacted, I/we further consent to the medical, dental, surgical, hospital care, treatment, and procedures to be performed for my/our child by a licensed physician (M.D.), dentist (D.D.S.), or hospital when deemed immediately necessary or advisable by the physician to safeguard the life, limb, or well-being of my/our child.

It is understood that a conscientious effort will be made to notify me/us or other persons listed on this form before such action is taken.
