Centrifuge Performance PlansQuality Management Systems increasingly ask for regular service of centrifuges and rotors in either an operational or a disassembled state to ensure a safe working environment.
Functional inspections ensure that all technical specifica-tions, such as temperature accuracy, rotational speed and operating time comply with the manufacturer specifications. The Centrifuge Performance Plans assist with your preparation for internal and external audits.
Rotor Assurance PlansRotors are able to withstand extreme stresses. The service life of rotors depends on the number of load cycles and their application parameters. Improper maintenance may turn small surface scratches into critical cracks and – through exposure to humidity and chemicals – could cause corrosion.
For safety reasons damaged rotors, rotor lids and rotor buckets should be replaced immediately. We recommend a regular inspection of all rotors by a certified service technician.
