מפעלות חינוך וחברה הוא ארגון חברתי-ספורטיבי-חינוכי ייחודי, הגדול ביותר בישראל, העוסק בספורט בכלל ובכדורגל בפרט כאמצעי חינוכי וערכי.

בורג, 1997. אברהם אורנשטיין בשנת ומוטי סגול, משה תאומים ידי אנשי העסקים סמי על הוקמה העמותה לשעבר יו"ר הכנסת ויו"ר הסוכנות היהודית, משמש בתשע השנים האחרונות כיושב ראש העמותה.

יהודים ולא יהודים העמותה פועלת כיום בהיקף של מאות פרויקטים חברתיים ברחבי הארץ, ב-400 ישובים בקרב כ-30,000 ילדים, נערים ובוגרים, תוך התמקדות בפריפריה החברתית והגיאוגרפית של מדינת ישראל. עד

היום כללה הפעילות כ-300,000 חניכים.

"מפעלות" חותרת באמצעות הספורט לבניית חברה וקהילה המושתתות על הבנה, שותפות, סבלנות, הכרת האחר וקבלת השונה, כמו גם למען היחיד לשם מיצוי הפוטנציאל הטמון בו והגשמת העצמי על-פי מיטב יכולותיו.

לשם כך חרתה "מפעלות" על דגלה את המטרות הבאות: •לחנך ולהכשיר את החניך להאמין בעצמו וביכולותיו•להעניק לו כלים למעורבות חיובית בחברה ובקהילה

•לפעול בחיוביות, להעניק לו כלים להתנהלות חברתית ואזרחית מעורבת•לחנכו להיות אזרח נאמן ואכפתי

•להכשיר באופן מקצועי מאמנים ומתנדבים כדי שיהוו דמויות חיוביות ומשפיעות בחייו של החניך•ליצור שותפות מהותית עם קהילת היעד

•לעודד היכרות וקרבה בין אוכלוסיות ומגזרים שונים

הפעילות מותאמת למגוון אוכלוסיות וכוללת מסגרות פורמאליות ובלתי-פורמאליות ובכללן: בתי ספר, מתנ"סים, פנימיות, הוסטלים, מועדוניות, כפרי ילדים, שיקום שכונות, מרכזי קליטה, תוכניות לאנשים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים בכל הגילאים, תוכניות לשירות אזרחי ושירות לאומי, הכשרה תעסוקתית, פעילות ברשות הפלסטינית, פעילות

בירדן ובמדינות רבות בעולם.

את הפעילות מפעיל ומלווה צוות הנהלה מקצועי המורכב ממאמנים מקצועיים, צוות פדגוגי, פסיכולוגים ומומחים וצרכי מאפייני פי על וייחודיות פרטניות פעילות תוכניות בונים העובדים צוות עם שביחד שונים, מתחומים

האוכלוסייה."מפעלות" זוכה להכרה ולהוקרה על פעילותה באמצעות אותות ופרסים בהם: אות כנס שדרות, אות אקים, אות היזם החברתי של גלובס, אות וינגייט, אות Special Olympics, דירוג A של מידות, ובעולם - בפרס קבוצת

"מפעלות חינוך וחברה" מפעילה ותמשיך להפעיל מפגשים מחוללי שינוי בקרב ילדים ונוער בכל מוקדי האתגר החברתיים של מדינת ישראל והחברה הישראלית.

אורחות ואורחים יקרים שלום רב,

בשם מפעלות חינוך וחברה ברצוננו להודות לכם מקרב לב על נוכחותכם באירוע "ערב אדום 2014" ועל תרומתכם הנכבדה להמשך הפעילות של למעלה מ-30 אלף חניכים וחניכות ברחבי הארץ.

"מפעלות חינוך וחברה" חוגגת השנה 17 שנים לפעילותה. פעילות שהחלה בחזון של מייסדיה סמי סגול, מוישיק תאומים ומוטי אורנשטיין ועד היום סייעה ל- 300,000 חניכים וחניכות.

השילוב הנפלא של ספורט, לימודים עיוניים, תרומה לקהילה ומפגש בין קבוצות שונות בחברה הישראלית הוכיח את עצמו כגורם מעצב לאדם ולסביבתו.

השונים המרכיבים בין להבנה וגשר חברתי כמנוף לכדורגל באהבה שימוש נעשה וחברה" חינוך ב"מפעלות בחברה הישראלית. ה"עסקה" היא פשוטה: הילד מקבל זמן משחק כדורגל כולל מאמן, מדים וקבוצה ובתמורה

מעניק בחזרה מזמנו בהכנת שיעורי בית, נוכחות בשיעורי העשרה והשתתפות בפעילויות חברתיות.החיוך הביישני של החניכה מהכפר הבדואי, נעליים חדשות, ארוחה חמה שמקבל הילד מהדרום, החיבוק הקבוצתי לאחר הבקעת השער הראשון, הטפיחה על השכם של הסטודנטית הגאה בתלמידיה, הליווי של המתנדב עם הילד

לאורך השנה. כל אלה מחדדים את מהות העשייה במפעלות.גם טוב לעשות היכולת את יש לנו לשמחתנו האדום׳. ה׳צבע של הרושם תחת עדיין נמצאים כולנו הכפלנו בעזה, והמלחמה הרקטות איומי בשל דווקא לכולם. המשותפת הזו, הגדולה המצוקה בתוך הפסקנו לא לרגע הם. באשר מפשע החפים לנפגעים והדאגה עזה עוטף תושבי למען ההתגייסות את וערבים, הם ביחד על יהודים לילדים דווקא בתנאים הקשים האלה קיימנו טורנירים משותפים לפעול. המגרש והאזעקות משותפות לכולם ובמשך כל התקופה ירדו אנשי מפעלות שוב ושוב, כמתנדבים, דרומה

ליישובים, למקלטים ולמרחבים המוגנים כדי לשחק וללמוד עם הילדים. השנה כל הכנסות ערב אדום 2014 תוקדשנה לילדי עוטף עזה והדרום, להקמת מועדונים חדשים לכדורגל בבארי , קיבוץ רעים, קיבוץ כיסופים, קיבוץ סעד, קיבוץ עלומים, עין השלושה, קיבוץ ארז, מפלסים,

כפר עזה, ניר - עם ובנוסף בשדרות, אשקלון, אופקים ואשדוד. בתקווה שהפעילות במועדונים הללו תקל על הילדים שיזכו לקחת בהם חלק לשאת ביתר קלות את הצלקות

והפחדים.חברים וחברות, מעטים הם הפרויקטים שמצליחים להגיע לאלפי ילדים ממגוון כה רחב של אוכלוסיות,

במאות יישובים ברחבי הארץ.

On behalf of Mifalot Education and Society Enterprises, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your presence at the “Red Evening 2014” event and your respectable contribution to the continuing activity of more than 30,000 male and female students throughout Israel. “Mifalot Education and Society Enterprises” is celebrating 17 years of activity, which began with the vision of its founders Sammy Sagol, Moishik Teomim and Motti Orenstein, and to date it has assisted 300,000 students.The wonderful combination of sports, theoretical studies, contribution to community and encounter between various groups in Israeli society has proven itself as a formative factor for people and their environment. At “Mifalot Education and Society Enterprises,” loving use is made of soccer as a social lever and bridge to understanding between various components of Israeli society. The “deal” is simple: The child receives football playing time including a coach, uniform and team, and in exchange s/he reciprocates by doing homework, attending enrichment classes and participating in social activities. The bashful smile of the girl from the Bedouin village, new shoes, a hot meal that a child from the south receives, the group hug after scoring that first goal, the pat on the shoulder of the girl who is proud of her students, the volunteer’s accompaniment with the boy throughout the year… all these bring the activity at Mifalot into sharp focus.We are all still under the impressions left by “Color Red.” We are happy to have the ability to do good under this great hardship as well, which is shared by all. Especially because of the missile threats and war in Gaza, we have doubled volunteer efforts for residents living near Gaza and concern for innocent casualties, whoever they might be. We have not ceased operations for even a moment. Especially because of these difficult conditions, we have held joint tournaments for both Jewish and Arab children; they are together on the pitch, and the alarms are shared by all, and throughout the period, Mifalot staff went down south again and again to communities, shelters and protected spaces in order to play and study with the kids. This year all proceeds from Red Evening 2014 will go to the children of the “Gaza Envelope” and the south for the establishment of new football clubs in Be’eri, Kibbutz Re’im, Kibbutz Kisufim, Kibbutz Sa'ad, Kibbutz Alumim, Ein Hashlosha, Kibbutz Erez, Miflasim, Gaza Village, Nir-Am, as well as Sderot, Ashkelon, Ofakim and Ashdod. In the hope that activity in these clubs will make it easier for kids taking part in them to bear the scars and fears with maximum ease.

Friends, few are the projects that succeed in reaching thousands of children from such a wide variety of populations in hundreds of communities throughout Israel. Thanks to you, we shall continue running the program for thousands of kids throughout the nation.

Mifalot Education and Society Enterprises

"Mifalot Education and Society Enterprises" is the largest sports organization for development and peace in the Middle East. "Mifalot" is a unique educational, social and sports derived organization. It is the largest organization in Israel that involves sports in general and soccer in particular as an educational and cultural means.

The organization was founded in 1997 by the then owners of the Hapoel Tel Aviv FC, and operates hundreds of social projects throughout 250 towns and villages across the country. Focusing on the fringes of society and peripheral areas of the State of Israel, Mifalot touches the lives of over 30,000 children, adolescents and young adults annually. Some 250,000 participants have graduated its programs to-date.

"Mifalot" uses sports to build new social groups and communities based on understanding, partnership, tolerance, recognition and acceptance of the other, as well as helping individuals to maximize potential and ability.

The following objectives have been defined as Mifalot’s top priorities:

1. To educate and train trainees to believe in themselves and their abilities.

2. To provide trainees with the tools to become positively involved in the community.

3. To be proactive and provide multiracial society management tools.

4. To educate trainees to be loyal and caring citizens.

5. To professionally train volunteers and trainers to serve as positive figures and directly influence

trainees.

6. To create essential partnerships with target communities.

7. To encourage closeness between different sectors and populations.

8. To pass on Mifalot’s method, knowledge and values in order to promote community development.

The activities are adapted for a wide range of populations and include a number of formal and informal settings: Schools, community centers, boarding schools, hostels, immigrants' homes, programs for children with special needs, programs for the National Service and volunteer citizen

services, for the Israel Ministry of Employment and more.

The activities are operated and supported by board members among whom are professional trainers, pedagogic staff, psychologists, and professionals from different fields, together developing programs specifically for the needs and characteristics of the population.

"Mifalot" has been recognized for its operational achievements and has been The WEF Social innovator award, The ECA Award, and the Sport Team of the Year Award-Beyond Sport, among others.

Mifalot’s local success over the past 16 years is driving our new international initiative. To date, we have partnered with communities and organizations, implementing and adapting our project models to their local needs in Jordan, Palestine, Rwanda, Haiti, Cameroon, Nigeria and Philippines.
