E-Z SlideTM conveyors use an eccentric weight motion with the motor mounted at the end or underneath the tray for ideal for gentle han-dling of snack foods or pro-cessing of friable products. Feeder Tray Capacity CalculatorThe Feeder Tray Capacity Calculator (FeederCap) determines the appropriate tray size based on the material being fed and desired flow rate. The capacity of a feeder equals the material density X velocity X width X depth of the tray.

The Bin GuideBin Guide selects the proper bin vibrator based on the material being fed, desired feed rate and size of the hopper. As the dimensional information is entered, Bin Guide presents a three-dimensional sketch of the bin geometry. The program offers a complete library of material densities allowing users to easily look up and enter this information.

Powered by alternating opposing and attracting magnetic forces, these drives use the full 60 cycle sin wave, use existing 110V current and easily cycle on/off 100 times per minute. These AC drives can cut energy consumption by more 60%!

Electro-Mechanical Eriez’ electro-mechanical drives range from light duty economical single-mass conveyors to heavy-duty explosion proof units design for quarries and mines. These units are eccentric-shaft, motor driven systems.
