Singh We have recently detected some errors in our above calculation. The modified Eqs. (27)-(32) are given as follows: where Eq. (27) arises from the factorization sum rule for the combination of the processes KN-KiV and DN-DN. We have used the following values of the coupling constants: gprn/gpKK= 1-42 , gpDD/gpKK= 1.21 , g,NNZ/4n = 14.6 , guNN*'/47i mu2= 18.1, gp,,'/471 = 2.84, gKu2/471= 10, gKEN2/471 = 3.0, gKNrf2/471m,2=6.0, grCOc12/471 ~51.6, g,lc,2/4n = 24.6, gGlCf2/4n m:= 1.3, gpVNN/G= 1.6, gTNN/G= 10.40. We finally get the modified values of the coupling constants as gDcoN2/4n= 15.7, (33) gDcp2/41r = 5.9 , (34) gDCp2/4flmDZ= 7.9 , (35) g,DD*2/4fl = 0.4, (3 6) gFclCl/\G= 3.1 , (37) grc 6.1 . (38) Erratum: Measurement of the Kj form factors from K:-+rpv decays in the 12-foot bubble chamber [Phys. Rev. D22,2688 (1980)l Y. Cho, M. Derrick, R. J. Miller, J. Schlereth, A. Engler, G. S. Keyes, R. W. Kraemer, and M. Tanaka The last sentence of the first paragraph of Sec. V should be replaced by the following: This gives a branching-ratio result I'(KE,)/I'(K:,) of 0.702 * 0.008. Including the estimated systematic error gives a final result of 0.702k 0.011, in agreement with the world average of 0.695 * 0.011.3
