The calcula- tion has now been done for the orthogonalized electron states. It has changed some conclusions about the nature of the states in the neighborhood of the Fermi level. The main change is that there is now no contribution either from the Cu 4s states or from the Ca 3p states. Figure 5 thus should not contain any Cu 4s contribution.
