REGISTRATION INFORMATION ENROLLMENT INFORMATION Grade level is determined by the student’s grade in Fall o 2013. Registration is on a frst come, frst serve basis. Classes will be oered subject to enrollment, and may be cancelled due to insucient enrollment. Classes will accommodate 20-25 students. Requests or changes will be granted only i space permits. PAYMENT INFORMATION  Tuition – $125 or each class. A $50 deposit or each class due upon registration. Remaining balance is due May 13, 2013. REFUND POLICY Full reund less $25 processing ee i cancelled beore May 20, 2013. Registration form must be accompanied by a deposit , full payment due May 20, 2013. Registration deadline May 20, 2013. Full reund will only be made or classes cancelled by FGUS ater May 30, 2013. A  partial refund o 50% will be made i requested  prior to May 29, 2013.
