Overall Concept
Our concept for the festival is to deliver positive entertainment for the community through music and art by expressing the diversity that life offers through creative means.
The Main Event!
The festival will be hosted at Independence Park in Charlotte, NC. The event is designed to be a family friendly atmosphere, with the intent to reward community organizations that are working toward empowering youth through youth intervention programs or social clubs.
Event Needs We are requesting sponsorship
from major corporations to assist us with the production of a large scale event. The event will be catering to more than 2,000 people throughout the course of the day. There is also a huge demand for top brand products at the event in which we could use monetary donations to assist us with acquiring these products and services.

Marketing & Promotion
• This event will be marketed as a multicultural affair to music and art lovers across the United States. The entertainers will perform R&B, Spoken Word & Acoustic Soul.
• The Event will be publicized in local newspapers, print publications, internet marketing and radio, in designated market areas.
• Market areas will include: Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding major cities
Promotional Campaigns• Promotion #1: Print Ads - National
Press Release via Newspapers and affiliated Print Publications
• Promotion #2: Internet Marketing via E-Newsletters and Internet Commercials and in Enjoy Life Magazine Online
• Promotion #3: Grassroots focus (Person to Person Contact) in Market areas via flyers, radio and ticket vendor locations
• All promotional campaigns will run concurrent and for a period of 3 months up until the day of the event.
Platinum Sponsorship LevelPlatinum Sponsorship Level
• At the Platinum level your company will be listed as an Official Sponsor of The Celebration of Life, Music & Art Festival. Your company’s name or logo will be publicized in all radio, print and internet marketing, your company's hyperlink added to Enjoy Life Magazine’s Strictly Business column including e-commercials and Press Releases.
• Your company’s name will be announced as an Official Sponsor in approximately 60 email campaigns, i.e. E-commercials & E-Newsletters,
• 30 – E-newsletters• 30 – Internet Commercials Over a period of 3 months up until the day of the event• Your Company will receive 1 8”x10” Full Color PAGE in the Event Souvenir Book &
1 WHOLE Web Page Ad, hosted at Enjoy Life Magazine Online for 12 months. Our company will also change the ad as your campaigns change.
• Opportunity to be name as a pre- sale ticket vendor for the event.• 10 Complimentary VIP passes to the event• 1 Professional Photo with Celebrity artist• Opportunity to display company products or promotional tools such as company
engraved items, i.e. lighters, key chains or alcoholic beverage samples, cigarette holders, cell phone accessories, etc.
• 1 Large banner to be displayed at the venue• 4 announcements of your company’s name at the event and the name of your company
representative will be mentioned as well.
Total Sponsorship Fee: $6,000 or in kind donation or services equal to
Gold Sponsorship LevelGold Sponsorship Level• At the Gold level your company will be listed as an Major Sponsor of The Celebration
of Life, Music & Art Festival.• Your company’s name or logo will be publicized in all radio, print and internet
marketing, your company's hyperlink added to Enjoy Life Magazine’s Strictly Business column including e-commercials and Press Releases.
• Your company’s name will be announced as an Major Sponsor in approximately 40 email campaigns, i.e. E-commercials & E-Newsletters,
• 20 – E-newsletters• 20 – Internet Commercials Over a period of 3 months up until the day of the event.• Your Company will receive 1 half PAGE in the Event Souvenir Book & 1 WHOLE

Total Sponsorship Fee: $3,500 or in kind donation or services equal to
Sliver Sponsorship LevelSliver Sponsorship Level• At the Sliver level your company will be listed as an Contributing Sponsor of The
Celebration of Life, Music & Art Festival.• Your company’s name or logo will be publicized in all radio, print and internet
marketing, your company's hyperlink added to Enjoy Life Magazine’s Strictley Business column including e-commercials and Press Releases.
• Your company’s name will be announced as a Contributing Sponsor in approximately 14 email campaigns, i.e. E-commercials & E-Newsletters,
• 7 – E-newsletters• 7 – Internet Commercials Over a period of 3 months up until the day of the event• 3 Complimentary VIP Passes to the event• 1 Professional Photo with Celebrity artist • 1 Quarter page ad in event souvenir book• Opportunity to display company products or promotional tools such as company
