A bit about our product1 Our Dough

Is a unique hybrid recipe that we have created combining sourdough (levain) and fresh bakers yeast The result is dough that has a stronger denser crumb to create a slight chew whilst still remaining light This also means our dough has less fat absorption compared to other doughnuts

We fry our doughnuts in rapeseed oil (vegetable oil)

Dorothy is our beloved doughnut truck and is a refurbished 1963 Citroen Long Wheel base Hy Van still driving with her original engine Despite looking a little worse for wear when we first discovered her eight months of tender love and care and shersquos back to her old self

Shersquos fully customised to serve our fresh doughnuts at events festivals and parties and has done so recently at great spots like Lovebox Music Festival Covent Garden Christmas and Seven Dials

She comes included with all the doughnuts you ordered for your event and Crosstown staff members to get her there and help serve the doughnuts She has lights amp power so a night time excursion is not problem for ol Dotty surprisingly shersquos quite the party animal
