The required documents vary from country to country but mainly two types of documents are required such as Demand Letter, Employment’s Contract, Power of Attorney, Inter Party Agreement. The following documents are required to meet the formality of the Government of Nepal.

4. AgENCy AgREEMENT

In order to provide manpower service to our clients / agents, we follow the following procedure to meet our client’s requirements. Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd., screens the short-listed candidates by pre-interview.

Employers make their own selection of workers who are already pre-interviewed by Evergreen Employment Pvt. Ltd. If the company wishes to choose the employees directly via Video Conference, such facility is also available.

5. gUARANTEE LETTER

Guarantee letter is written to the Director General, Government of Nepal, Department of Labour & Employment Promotion. This letter guaranteed to recruit the mentioned country and company but not to others.

Whereas the second party agrees to process the recruitment as per the government rules and regulations & deploy suitable workers from Nepal to the first party’s work site in Qatar under the following terms & Conditions:

The second party will forward the personnel data for workers from Nepal as per the detailed 1. position, salary, and other facilities, mentioned in the demand letter.

The first party has agreed & promised to provide all the facilities to the workers, which is 2. duly mentioned in the Demand Letter & Employment Contract.

If because of any reason, the First Party need to terminate the hired worker then the First 3. Party need to pre-inform the Second Party about the genuine reason for terminating the worker.

The first party will be entitled to provide one month salary of each worker as a service 4. charge of second party.

The First Party needs to do Life Insurance of all the candidates, whom they are hiring from 5. Nepal and need to help in getting compensation amount from Insurance Company in case of death or injury of the workers and also agrees to bear the cost of transport of dead body to Nepal as per the labors law of country concerned.

If by the way any type of political activities, war, civil war, natural calamities, or any other 6. crisis happen in the Country of The Employer Company (First Party), then the First party is liable of taking care of the hired workers and has to rescue the workers to their respective country (i.e. Nepal) as soon as possible.
