    is a dish made oermented fresh durians" then cooked with chilli

    paste and salt. Although tempo'ak is also known in other parts of

    Indonesia" here in Bengkulu" tempo'ak is mi/ed with shrimp"

    unlike @sh used in other provinces. Since tempo'ak has a strong

    smell " it is often not served as a sidedish &ut used as ingredient
