    The SolutionDewhirst has implemented Fast React Evolve to provide fully integratedsupply chain planning, critical path management, ow reporting and rawmaterials visibility in a single coordinated system linked to and workingwith the existing JD Edwards business system.

    This combination allows the impact of changes in any one area, suchas sample approvals, ow requirements, raw materials availability andcurrent production performance to be immediately re ected in otherareas, providing clear noti cation of priority changes and a clear warningof potential problems.

    This has directly resulted in the stockholding on materials beingreduced by 40-50% (25-30 days stockholding down to an average of 15days), at the same time as improving the raw material availability to theproduction oor.
