EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY

Jennifer Koonce Vice President, IT Operations

ClosingCorp Inc.

Jennifer Koonce is vice president of IT operations for ClosingCorp, a leading provider of

residential real estate closing cost data and technologies for mortgage lenders, real estate

professionals and consumers.

As Vice President of IT Operations, Koonce is responsible for facilitating management of the

customer experience for ClosingCorp clients. As such, Koonce is responsible for driving

performance measures for the operation, maintaining high availability of products and services,

and ensuring that all staff is trained, motivated and executing professional services that are

customer service focused and success driven. Koonce started at ClosingCorp in 2008 and has

been responsible for the delivery and implementation of software to support ClosingCorp’s

network of Web sites as well as the implementation of the Customer Care team.

Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Koonce worked for Goal Financial, LLC, one of the nation’s top ten

student loan providers, where she was the project portfolio manager, assigned to manage the

implementation of products supporting the company’s student loan portfolio. Prior to that,

Koonce was with Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF), a Fortune 500 company that offers a

globally diversified set of financial services. There, she led U.S. Card Call Center operations

teams and managed a portfolio of operations and technology projects for the U.S. Card and

Auto Finance divisions.

Koonce graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with B.A. degrees in International

Business and Spanish and holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George

Washington University, a Master Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University, and has

been Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified since 2004.
