Client Invitation

How to Invite Your Clients and Drive More Booth Traffic ? You can invite your clients via the following methods. This allows every invited client to visit the

event in a quickest and most convenient way. Invitation resources listed below are created to help

exhibitors with marketing and invitation preparations leading to the show. Exhibitors are strongly

encouraged to use all opportunities to maximize the exposure at BioTaiwan Exhibition.

1. E-Invitation

You can generate an exclusive e-invitation (eDM) and forward the eDM or its url to your clients.

Those invited would be able to visit the event once they have finished their pre-registration via the

eDM. You can monitor the status of your client registration on the system.

NOTE Application Deadline : July 22, 2018

Exhibitor Steps

1. Login to the Exhibitor Management System

2. Click Invitation - E-Invitation

3. Create your exclusive e-invitation

4. Or copy the url and forward to your clients

Visitor Steps

1. Receive eDMs from exhibitor, click register

2. Login or create an account, complete the visitor registration

Member→Login→Complete Non Member→Create an account→Complete

2. Telephone Registration You can apply for clients who does not have an email address by contacting the organizer. Simply

provide the name and phone number of the clients, and remind them to check-in at the dedicated

counter onsite.

NOTE

Please contact our sales representative for the application form and return the form

via email by 17:00, July 18 2018. The organizer reserves the rights to denied the

application in the case of incomplete application form. For a more efficient process,

please only submit the form when it is all completed.

3. Client Registration You can register in advance for your important client. Once you fill in the email of your clients, an

eDM will automatically send to the address. Those invited would be able to visit the event once

they have finished their visitor pre-registration via the eDM.

4. VIP Invitation You can provide an exclusive VIP badge for your most important clients. Those invited may acquire

their VIP badge with their business cards at the VIP Reception onsite.
