Career Ambassadors

Upon receipt of your Career Ambassador’s Name and Email Address:

• Send an Email introducing yourself

• Ask when would be a good time to contact him/her by phone to talk prior to the event

• Ask for the best contact number to reach him/her

Prior to your phone call:

- Read his or her bio

- Research his or her company

- Review the Student Goal Setting Worksheet (found in the microsite documents)

- Prepare your own questions

- Ask if he/she is able to…- Meet you at the Student/Career Ambassador

Meet & Greet, Monday July 13th at 4:30 pm?- Attend the VIP Reception, Monday, July 13th

at 5:00 pm?- Sit with you at the FPFC Keynote Breakfast

(There will be reserved seating for Students

and Career Ambassadors)

- If not…plan a date, time, and location for your first meeting

• A choice of items to select for your Breakfast on Monday, July 13th. You will be given a deadline to respond with your choice.

• No later than one week before, you will receive a Final Memo with your Hotel Confirmation #, roommate assignment and last minute reminders.
