add rigor to each variable found• what exactly is its meaning, and why is this variable positioned in a certain EEF-
cell validate with existing IT systems
• to what extent these variables are explicit, and for the implicit variables, where they hinder organizational flexibility
elaborate a model for coordination and work flows• including the assignment of subjects to actor roles or functionary types, the
assignment of tasks to subjects, and the prioritizing and scheduling of tasks
