Daarbinnen zien we dat zowel de essentie verandert, als de implementatie (toewijzen van technologie) met mensen en middelen. Deze wijzigingen zullen ook invloed hebben op de informatievoorziening (vb: uit functiescheiding volgt nieuwe informatieproducten) en de datalaag.Soms kan een wetswijziging ook direct invloed hebben op de constructie van de business, bijv. business rules voor het verlenen van subsidie. Ook daarvan zie je dat het invloed heeft op I en D.Soms heeft een wet direct invloed op de functie van de I, die daarmee de I en D benvloedt, maar mogelijkerwijs ook de business (kredietwaardigheid (solvency or credit rating/worthiness), categorisering).Ook kan een wet iets zeggen over de gebruikte middelen (bijv. kanalen), constructie D.Wat ook nog kan is dat zich in de omgeving een nieuwe technologie of partij voordoet. Deze kan dan worden ingezet in de constructie van de organisatie. Idealiter heeft dat geen of weinig invloed, in praktijk is dat vaak wel zo. First, the drop-off location could be anywhere (airport departure hall 3, town center, . . . ) and not necessarily a RAC office. This implies that the state and accept of the drop-off can happen at any location. For that, the locations of performing certain acts must be defined. Secondly, students are authorized to accept the drop-off, so there is an assignment between employees and act types (during some time frame), and, as the student is not the requester of the drop-off, there is some form of delegation.
