Totally galvanized structure;

Modular constructive concept ;

The main modules are pre-assembled and electrified to ensure an easy and quick assembly on site;

Electrical board placed in the mixer module allowing in site to set quick links between the various modules through easy connectors/plugs;

Transport of the material till the mixer made by conveyor or skip

The main modules of the plant are designed to easily fit in an Open Top Container (OT);

The Express Plant was developed especially for the production of concrete where quality, performance and reliability are crucial aspects to be taken into consideration. These considerations are allied in this plant with and excellent relation quality/price.

Flexibility to display the plant through configurations such as:

- Hopper group 4 x 12m³ ou 4 x 15m³;

- Conveyor or elevating skip;

- Lateral supports for the sustaining of the hoppers group ramps;

- Twin-shaft mixer MDE1500 (1m³) ou MDE2250 (1,5m³);

Optional bins charging system, storing silos, filtering systems, additives batching, moisture control, etc.
