Ballroom and Intimate Surroundings are included with all menu plans and include hardwood dance floor, elevated head table, elegance head table décor package with swags and white backdrop, signature floor length table linens, napkins and chair covers, Sheraton select centerpieces, classic white china, high polished flatware, sparkling glassware, skirted reception table with choice of envelope box, skirted guest registry table, coordinated cake display table, wedding cake cutting service, uniformed staff, maitre d’ event coordinator. Theme coordinated lighting and sheer floor to ceiling draping for three walls.

All ceremony events will receive use of a pre-ceremony staging room, three hours prior to start of the ceremony. Enjoy pre-wedding delectable delights for you and your party, delivered to your room while you prepare for your most special day. An assortment of mini-sandwiches, fruit, cheese, crackers, champagne, soda and water offered for $18.00 per person.

We have several unique ceremony settings including our Third Floor Sun Deck and Roof Top Terrace. Receptions in the Grand Ballroom can accommodate intimate groups of 20 to lavish galas of 350. We can assist you in obtaining everything you need to make your celebration EXTRAORDINARY. Our resources include access to: ministers, florists/decorators, disc jockey, wedding cake providers, photographers and many other services you may require. For your guests and even the happy couple, special room accommodations are available at special rates.
