Transfer of rights and obligations in case of UM1 merger Transfert des droits et obligations en cas de fusion de l'UM1
The universities Montpellier 1 and 2 have undertaken a merger process. The parties agree that the rights and obligations of the Université Montpellier 1 from this agreement shall automatically be transferred to the new university resulting from the merger of the universities Montpellier 1 and 2, and this will be effective on the awarding date of the Erasmus Charter for higher education delivered by the Executive Agency. An official information shall be sent to the parties in order to inform them about the new legal name and the new Erasmus code resulting from the merger of the universities Montpellier 1 and 2.
Les universités Montpellier 1 et 2 ont entrepris un processus de fusion.
Les parties conviennent que les droits et obligations de l'Université Montpellier 1 issus du présent accord seront
automatiquement transférés à la nouvelle université créée par la fusion des universités Montpellier 1 et 2, à compter
de la date d'attribution de la nouvelle charte Erasmus de l'enseignement supérieur par l'Agence Exécutive.
Une information officielle sera envoyée aux parties pour leur notifier le nouveau nom légal ainsi que le nouveau code
Erasmus de l’établissement issu de la fusion des universités Montpellier 1 et 2.
